Jobletics Pro is hiring Baristas in Franklin, MA to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of barista experience who enjoy crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking dependable candidates who can maintain a clean and organized workspace while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to recipes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso drinks, and café equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
